‘Behind The Scenes’
We are back! After more than 2 years a lot happened and Team Building won’t be as it was before. Such as employees who had not met face to face resulting in a lack of personal contact within the working environment. There simply was not much ‘space’ to personally connect and within this short time frame ‘the working energy’ of the companies and their employees changed.
With our Team Building projects we celebrate the strength and accomplishments of the company’s team members.

We not only focus on expanding sustainability team building themes, but are also more and more aiming
* for a more peaceful environment in the fields of multicultural understanding
* improving gender diversity
* instead of criticism or being judgemental based on ‘antiquated’ patterns from ‘both sides’, we offer fun activities to learn where managers/supervisors are on the same ‘team building play level’ as their ‘subordinates’.

We are further delighted to introduce to you another ‘Behind the Scene Partner‘, Mrs. Sarah Danner. At the same time we want to express our gratitude to Myriam Grest for building up our team building site as she decided to retire, however she still supports us when we need her. Nevertheless, Sarah has been already working with us and the handover was smooth. She shares the same ideas concerning sustainable goals and not only because of the demand of our clients but as Sarah says: ‘time is ticking’.
